At Govee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting and home decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your Govee account to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
